2. Site must have a domain or be hosted by a domain. Robbie sites are the only exceptions.

4. To be considered an elite affiliate, the site must be a domain and have at least 1,000 unique visitors a day. To be considered as a top affiliate, the site must have at least 500 unique hits a day.
